About the role

As a CDL Drill Crew Member, you'll support the well driller at customer job sites. This is a physically demanding field role involving equipment, site setup, drilling support, and cleanup in a range of weather conditions. Previous well drilling experience is not required; a willingness to work hard, learn, and contribute to the crew matters.

Key responsibilities

• Drive equipment to and from job sites.
• Help set up the work area and equipment before drilling begins.
• Assist the well driller during drilling operations.
• Handle tools, materials, and equipment as directed.
• Keep the job site organized and support safe work practices.
• Clean up the site and equipment when work is complete.
• Work with the crew through changing site conditions and longer days when needed.

Qualifications

What you'll need:

• A valid CDL and driving record suitable for the role.
• Ability to perform physical outdoor work in varying weather conditions, including lifting up to 70 pounds.
• Dependability, mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work full-time from the Tully location and travel to job sites.

Helpful, but not required:

• Well drilling, construction, equipment, welding, or mechanical experience.

Pay and benefits

• Full-time, W-2 employment
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, with overtime and extended workdays as job-site conditions require 
• Pay: $62,000 - $78,000+ per year, based on experience. Overtime compensation is additional. 
• $2,500 sign-on bonus.
