Build High-Quality Precast Components. No Experience Required We'll Train You.

We're seeking a reliable, hardworking Precast Concrete Shop Laborer to join our manufacturing team. You'll work in a controlled shop environment building molds, placing steel reinforcements, pouring concrete, and finishing precast components.

No prior precast experience is required we provide complete on-the-job training for candidates with the right attitude.

What You'll Do

Form & Mold Setup: Clean, oil, assemble, and set up wood or steel molds per blueprints

Reinforcement Placement: Cut, bend, tie, and position rebar cages and wire mesh

Concrete Pouring & Finishing: Pour concrete, operate vibrators, and finish surfaces with hand tools

Stripping & Product Handling: Remove cured products, patch minor defects, and prep for storage

Shop Maintenance & Safety: Keep work area clean and hazard-free; follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE

What You Bring

Physical stamina: Stand for long periods, lift up to 75 lbs regularly, and perform repetitive bending, kneeling, and reaching

Technical skills: Read a tape measure accurately and use basic hand and power tools

Work environment: Comfortable in a loud, dusty, fast-paced industrial setting with weather extremes

Reliability: Strong attendance, punctual habits, and a team-player mentality Preferred (but not required):

Experience in construction, concrete, masonry, landscaping, or manufacturing

Forklift or overhead crane experience (major plus)
